Shorter than usual, ending a theoretically easier week although this distance was a hard week last month - and I had just been for a run while L was cyling. Tired by the end, this was enough.

TT (first with Graeme K as captain) was 6 x 4', job down recovery up dry dam tourist path in the dark with headlamps. I wasn't really able to keep up, just too steep for me to run well at current weight. Still useful overall distance and will have benefited from doing this somehow I guess.
