Decent longish run - left knee still bothery so joining HBT Pentland run would have been unwise, ran twixt grandparents uphill. Was actually feeling pretty good. Left knee did get quite sore though. Hmmm, I need it to settle before I push any more.

Week shorter than intended due to sore knee.

Legs tired form yesterday, well at least it means it was a session, Knee bothery all week.

Easy running. Short of time. Threw in about 8 x 30" sprints as I couldn't make HBT session. Feeling OK on those although got tired after not very many.

Some midweek km but knee is a bit bothery. It was also a bit sore after doing some exercises again last night. The common problem that the exercises aggravate the injury in the short term. Sigh.
