HBT Sunday run, slower than before and I wasn't the rate limiting factor for once. Great running along and chatting to people, I was finding 18k hard by myself and that's 24 done. Left knee a bit sore after, this is the limit for now,

Postscript: I've always meant to try scrambling up the front of Blackford Hill rather than using the steps on the 7 hills route. The boys randomly wanted to scramble up there and lo and behold we made it. Now that I know where there is a gap in the gorse at the top I might use that in the race, although it will be hugely overgrown by then. Well, if the race happens in the summer this year.

Tried some intervals on a sunny evening with apparently entire population of Edinburgh on the Meadows with some sort of social distancing going. 3 x 1km, middle one was on Martin's loop, took 4.08. Hmm. Will feel a lot better if I can get that under 4.
