Unusually no run on Sunday, needed a rest day as am meant to be tapering.

Went to Silverknowes parkrun for a bit of a time trial/calibration run before half marathon next week. This was fine, a bit tired as not tapered and the cycling maybe didn't help.

20k cycling to/from Silverknowes parkrun. Although I had cycling legs when I arrived the warmup was useful and I did sort of recover before I started. Ideally should arrive a bit earlier and completely get over bike legs.
