8 hill sprints on the first bit of the hill in Bruntsfield Links. Missed recording two of them but rest 37.3, 40.6, 37.3, 36.3, 36.3, 34.5 ave. 37.2.

Starting phase 1 of Jack Daniels program (early quality), highest priority session per week reps. I suspect that doing some proper reps as my main session all the time would really help me a lot. Let's see what happens after some weeks of this.
