Going to take a few days off in an attempt to finally fix all of my niggles and recharge my batteries a bit before Australia.
I think I definitely need a bit of a break. It's been a pretty disappointing season really. Although I made my first WOC, and been able to go to lots of races, I never felt like I progressed on from last year, and never felt like I raced up to my own expectations/ability. I've been quite unlucky with injuries this year and just the way races seem to have gone for me and, on the whole, I haven't actually enjoyed this season. Hopefully Aus will change all this and I'll get the impetus I've been missing back and actually enjoy training again.
