Two sprint courses around Roma Park in Brisbane. Felt really rough, and the nav started to slip on the second one. Good fun though.

Loop around South Bank and the Botanical Gardens to Kangaroo Point for a bit of a barbie. Stomach gave up at one point, the after affects of yesterday still hitting me badly.

Day trip out to the Barrier Reef, good fun but we got hit by a huge storm on the way back. A 2 hour trip turned into 4, and a lot of vomiting ensued.

A loop around Noosa Heads. Some gorgeous cliffs and trails, but I wasn't feeling tip top. Called it at 16k as my hamstring was complaining a lot.

Running at Kondalilla Falls with Pete and Krystal Completed it with a dive into a warm rock pool at the top of the falls at the end. Pretty spectacular spot.
