Shaking it up getting back on the split tempos. Aim was to be comfy for as long as possible through the sets and was all good to the second tempo, where yesterday’s s&c started to cause some pain. Hit everything exactly the same all the way through though, so all good! Just moving away from Ben on the second tempo, first felt very controlled.
