strength (FMJ) 30:00 [4]

FMJ- didn't keep track of time. I think I may have accidentally cheated -- are you supposed to do 5 total reps per excerise in the 1st part or 4 ? After rereading the instrucitons it may be 5 total but I only did 4.

regardless it hurt alot, very intense excercise.
