didn't have my heart monitor but I'm sure I got up in the high 180s for sure. took a bit of practice not to trip :)

strength (pullup,burpee, wylit, abs) 15:00 [3]

3 reps of pullups (5x), burpees (x10 -- missed you wanted 15), WYLIT (x10), and then a little bit of abs.
