great workout. I didn't have a watch on so I couldn't keep accurate time. I think this took somewhere between 15 and 20 mins. I definitely cheated and needed a bit more rest than one minute between sets. Great workout though, really liked.

did an easy run, under threshold for 30, after doing the strenght workout. Periodically checked my HR on the treadmill itself -- estimating I stayed in the ~140ish range.

Hiked silver king 5 times. I estimate 2500 vertical of bootpacking and sidestepping. Crushed myself but so fun. Training must be helping. Video coming soon. Tried a new dicey line too. Boney and a little intimidating.
