sloppy wet nighttime skate ski on the Iron Horse trail. Slight rain, sucky headlamp and marginal grooming made it a big challenge.

didn't have my heart monitor but I'm sure I got up in the high 180s for sure. took a bit of practice not to trip :)

3 reps of pullups (5x), burpees (x10 -- missed you wanted 15), WYLIT (x10), and then a little bit of abs.

FMJ- didn't keep track of time. I think I may have accidentally cheated -- are you supposed to do 5 total reps per excerise in the 1st part or 4 ? After rereading the instrucitons it may be 5 total but I only did 4.

regardless it hurt alot, very intense excercise.

100 burpees, broken in 5 sets of 20. 1-2 mins of rest between sets. Painfull. Didn't time very carefully just wantedto complete.
