sloppy wet nighttime skate ski on the Iron Horse trail. Slight rain, sucky headlamp and marginal grooming made it a big challenge.

didn't have my heart monitor but I'm sure I got up in the high 180s for sure. took a bit of practice not to trip :)

strength (pullup,burpee, wylit, abs) 15:00 [3]

3 reps of pullups (5x), burpees (x10 -- missed you wanted 15), WYLIT (x10), and then a little bit of abs.

a bit pressed for time but snuck in a recovery run. Not exactly sure the name of the machine -- sort of a mix between stair master and treadmill (w/ arm handles).

Got a skateski setup. Went to snoq Nordic and climbed up to windy pass and back. Crazy workout really hard. Will need some recovery after today and yesterday.
