Hills at Owl Hill. This is the hill by the pond close to 120. I named it Owl Hill since I saw an Owl there tonight while I was doing the hill repeats. Felt great, even after having a good dinner. Core and upper body felt great, do did my legs. I had a nice long and powerful stride going up the hill. Longs felt super good. I was afraid I would feel like I would running James St Hills. I miss that place

After looking at the splits it seems like a great workout. Splits are pretty close to each other except 2. The rest was also very close. Great workout.

I paid a lot of attention to arm swing and knee drive. It was a nice technical workout. Much easier running hills here than leadville.
