Great long run today. Cold day but still ran in sorts and had a great run. I kept a 7:36/pace relatively easy. Upper body felt good, legs felt good, not stomach problems. This is how it should always be.
Halfway through the run my right knee started hurting and I had to stop a few times. I think this was because of the cold air, running in shorts, and specially because of the legs strength workout I did a couple of days before.
