Cut wood for at least 4 hours.
Hamstrings were sore until Thursday and I still felt tired and tight on Friday.

Hunt around the parking low and the lower part of C-Ridge in the morning with Oguer.

Hunt up ski area to tree line and down dark timber. Very tired, heavy longs going up the ski area.

Hills at Owl Hill. This is the hill by the pond close to 120. I named it Owl Hill since I saw an Owl there tonight while I was doing the hill repeats. Felt great, even after having a good dinner. Core and upper body felt great, do did my legs. I had a nice long and powerful stride going up the hill. Longs felt super good. I was afraid I would feel like I would running James St Hills. I miss that place

After looking at the splits it seems like a great workout. Splits are pretty close to each other except 2. The rest was also very close. Great workout.

I paid a lot of attention to arm swing and knee drive. It was a nice technical workout. Much easier running hills here than leadville.
