A leasurely paddle from Lookout to bells with Juffy and ameko

Since I had not really experienced ti-trees today showed how much they are a pain in the arse. Within 300m of dropping in at lookout I got stuck in one of a few i got stuck in over the day

Stayed in the boat most of the rapids and had a few chuckles laughing at juffy but mainly amekos falling out abilities. I got thrown out at sids for a bit but landed back in the cockpit. Fell out near the top of bells though. got stuck on more rocks than anything. I was quite happy with most of my lines on the rapids and drove the boat like a rally car! Seamed to work well for me.

Learnt 3 things today:
- dont let go of the paddle
- dont let go of the paddle
- keep paddling and if in doubt accelerate

River paddling (White water competency) 3:00:00 [1]

Had loads of fun.....the river is a different beast to the ocean.

Unfortunately my ski needs a nose job as at dogs breakfast a person in front of me fell out before the rapid and i went round them and went full speed into the rock. ski is at CDU getting fixed and hopefully will be ready tonight.

I did have a nose cone ready to put on the ski last night but could not find anything to put it on with :( murphys law hey
