Went down to turners hill with andy for a ride. He just finished building his bike and has a mash of everything on it, but made something for under $1000 which would have cost about $2000 at a shop. His bike went well except his hydraulic tube on his front forks kept coming out of the guide for it and rubbing. Found some gaffa from my tow rope.

First run was quite slow because of this and I think with all the mechanical stops to resolve this the first lap took about 70mins. Lap 2 was around 50 mins.

My overall ride time was 1:30ish.

had a blast and only one stack in which i washed out in the edge of the track on a bend.

Port beach to north mole and back. Started with a headache and it disappeared. I was happy with this.

Was struggling all day at work with a headache so maybe my body just wanted some exercise
