Ran interval workout with Abby at the Ashley Reservoir. I'm not going to lie - this hurt...it was 91 degrees! We warmed up ~2 miles (15 minutes), then did 12 x 90 seconds on/off. I felt good but knew the heat was bad. Cooled down the rest of the run. Glad to have company for this run - it was frakin' hard in the heat!!!

Robert Frost Trail!!! Started in Wendell, and ran the RFT from there. Was hoping to do the entire 40 miles, but ended up stopping at 30 miles. Felt good, but was fading in the heat and had the horse fly section coming up (that I was dreading!). Oh well - I think I had my fastest RFT Marathon time (5:30), so that was an exciting bench mark to reach.

Ran the PRT (plus from my house) to the railroad and back with Kelsey and Chris...we got turned around at the railroad and ran around in circles a bit before deciding to just head back. Perhaps I'll make the whole length one day.

Easy lap around Earl's with Erik. Super muggy, so we were a bit slow. Silver lining - the Achilles doesn't seem to be bothering me lately (but I'll knock on some wood).

Track workout with Erik and Patrick. Warmed up about 2.5 miles easy, then did 6 x 400 at 3:00 min intervals (goal pace of 5:44 or 1:26 per quarter). Did: 1:26, 1:24, 1:24, 1:23, 1:22, 1:21. It was soooo muggy, and I could barely breath at the end of each interval. Horrible and hard! Finished with ~2.5 miles cooldown.
