Tempo workout w/ Kim at Reservoir. Did ~2 mile warmup, then did 30 minutes continuous tempo - approximately 4.4 miles. Felt relaxed and strong/steady. Did ~1.5 mile cooldown. Was surprised that I had any speed in the legs after last week's race, but didn't feel like I was working overly hard to keep the tempo up.

Ran warmup at Whiting Reservoir (short way) to meet up w/ Abby and Erik. Then, did 3 x hiking repeats up B17 hill (just over 1 mile long, good climb, took about 13-15 minutes each). Ran down (recovery) and then ran short way on Whiting as cooldown. The third hike up hurt, but I was racing Abby and Erik who were running, so it pushed me to go hard.
