Running (Trail race) 3:00:00 [4] 18.5 mi (9:44 / mi)

Easy 2.5 mile w/u, then Curly's 1/2 Marathon (14 miles, 2:10), then 2 mile c/d. Felt great during the race (with the exception of bashing my knee in).

Easy run at Holyoke Res before coaching. Don't know what coaching counts for...lots of sprinting and standing, some easy running/warmup.

Ran w/ Annie - did slightly elevated tempo run up to Granby and back. Felt great - had to push the tempo just a bit towards the end.

Did Holyoke Res. race w/ the girls. Warmed up from Laura's house to the race. Did 5k in 19:30 - felt great! Then, cooled down long way (over Vermont Ave) to Laura's.

Easy 8 miles w/ Kim and Abby in Noho. Did a new loop by Kim's house - a bit more rolling, but we felt good and tempo felt a bit quicker.

Running (Easy run w/ team) 45:00 [1] 4.5 mi (10:00 / mi)

Easy run with some of the team - ran around the Holyoke Reservoir.

Running (Intervals) 55:00 [4] 6.5 mi (8:28 / mi)

Workout w/ team - warmed up to Cemetary (long way - 1.25 mi) then did 10 x 400 repeats (they were just a hair short, unfortunately) - did 1:25, 1:23, 1:21 (for last 8). Felt good/fast. Recovery of ~ 200m each. Cooldown back to campus.

No idea the distance - ran from house to upper Res (Rt. 202) and across power line and wet trails to get to lower Res - once around lower Res then up hill to upper Res and back up 'quick trail'. Felt great, easy relaxing run.

Walking (Hiking) 1:20:00 [1] 4.0 mi (20:00 / mi)

Easy hike w/ team up Mt. Tom on Rt. 141 side. Don't know the distance or time that we were hiking. But, beautiful day and amazing view! :)
