Running (Easy run) 1:10:00 [1] 8.0 mi (8:45 / mi)

Easy run/hike - ran w/ Annie and Ale on Earl's Trails for about 30 minutes, then hiked/ran up Summit House, then hiked/ran up Bear Mountain. Felt good - calf felt fine. Yay!

Easy run w/ Brian at Mt. Toby - ran from 'Brian's parking' to top (~45 minutes), then down power line to cut-off and back - had to add a short out-and-back towards the end to get the distance. Felt good, right calf loosened up quickly and felt good for most of the run.

Easy yoga this morning - wanted to stretch and relax a bit...need to do this more! The hammies are a bit tight!

Easy run around UMass. Didn't do as much as I should have, I just wanted to be home and try to take control of the house!!!

Easy run from the house to Sugarloaf and back - to explore. Ran the steep way up North Sugarloaf and back on the running trail. Explored a few 'options' first. Don't know the exact distance. Glad to have these new trails in my backyard.

Easy run in Noho (from Kim's house, bike path loop) with Kim and Laura. My right leg is still tight but loosened up after only a few miles...so that was good. Felt great to do our Wednesday morning run again. :)

Ran to explore the Sugarloaf trails. Was trying to find a way to connect the house (well, the end of the road) to the trails - ended up with some crazy steep uphill to the top of the mountain next to Sugarloaf...then tried to explore the trail back down and ended up literally rapelling down a sheer rock wall with a random rope that was tied around a tree. Quite the adventure, not one I want to repeat anytime soon... I was freaked out enough from the adventure that I just went home, so I am a few miles shy on the day.
