Running (Easy run) 1:25:00 [1] 8.5 mi (10:00 / mi)

Easy run w/ Ashley - started at the Notch and ran RFT/M&M towards Harris Mountain Road. Felt good, even with the uphills and downhills. But, we kept the pace easy and conversational. Longest post-100 run!

Running (Easy run) 1:00:00 [1] 7.0 mi (8:34 / mi)

Easy run w/ Annie - ran on the Smith College trails. Felt great - legs are a bit sluggish after the steep uphills, but otherwise felt great. Longest run post-100...awesome! No more aches/pains in the muscles.

Running (Easy run) 30:00 [1] 4.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

Easy run w/ Kim and Laura in Noho. Legs are starting to feel better, but I cut the 6-mile planned route short so I wouldn't slow them down. Felt good to be able to stretch the legs out.

Running (Easy run) 40:00 [1] 4.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Easy run w/ Nick and Amanda around Stanley Park. Longest run post-100. Legs felt mostly ok until the last few minutes when my right quad siezed up a bit.

Running (Easy run/walk) 25:00 [1] 2.5 mi (10:00 / mi)

Easy run/walk - started at Sugarloaf, and walked for about 5 minutes to get everything going, then ran for 20 minutes along the flat/easy route. My right hip was a bit tight, but that worked out during the run. My left quad siezed up towards the end of the run.

Biking (Easy spin) 40:00 [1] 10.0 mi (4:00 / mi)

Easy spin to shake out the legs. My eyes were swollen shut this morning, so I took it super easy. Legs feel much better than yesterday, but stairs are still a challenge.
