Tempo run - warmed up wtih Brian to Sugarloaf, then he took off. I wanted to get these over with, so after my 15 or 20 minute warmup I got started with the first one (from the absolute bottom of the trail up and over N. Sugarloaf) - 15 minutes, then I recovered for about 5 minutes around the top of Sugarloaf before doing the next interval around the bike trail (15 minutes), 5 minute recovery and last interval back to the top of S. Sugarloaf (about 3 minutes in the mtn. bike trail) and then down the mountain. Felt good, but not outstanding...cooled down for about 20 minutes +/- back to the house.
