Track workout w/ Kelsey at Eaglebrook School...we warmed up about 20 minutes (2 miles?) on the trails, then 5 x 1 mile repeats...I did 6:12, 6:12, 6:12, 6:20, 6:35. Recovery 400 meters (2 minutes?). Felt ok, just couldn't mentally switch into 'race mode' as opposed to 'tempo mode'...and clearly I was just tired and uninspired at the end since my pace backed off but I still felt mostly ok. Cooled down 15 minutes (1.5 miles?) on the trails.
