Note

Took a day off - rested for a good portion of the day! But, I just wanted to relax and get ready for what will likely be a few long days with work - storm stuff. :)

Easy run around Mt. Tom w/ Nick and Frank. Felt a bit sluggish, but oh well - I think it's just the climbing at Mt. Tom that gets to me, or the lack of sleep lately. Great to be out on an awesome fall day.

Hiking w/ Steph around Amherst trails to Mt. Pollux. Great view, nice fall day to be out.

Easy run w/ Sarah and Amanda around Northampton - through bike path, Smith, etc. Felt good, legs are starting to shake out.

Walking/orienteering with Phil at Cemetery Hill - did one of his previous courses, and learned a ton about route choices. Super helpful!

Orienteering w/ Peter at Earl's Trails. He had me do an easier course, then we did a bit of practice with bushwhacking, which I need help with.

Easy shuffle with Amanda and Laura around Noho...my legs feel ok except for the stiff/locked hammies. Oh well. I know I'll have to work that out over the next few days. But, glad that everything else feels ok.
