Easy spin, just to shake out the legs and be ready to go for tomorrow.

Good long stretching session...making sure everything is as good as it can be for tomorrow...and crossing my fingers.

Ran on the dreadmill as a 'booth babe' for Meb...was a pretty cool gig. I took it super easy so I wouldn't tense up on the TM...but enjoyed meeting folks and getting a hug from Meb (and he signed my shirt...hopefully that will help me on Monday).

Long stretching session after I got home...wanted to be sure that I am ok and legs are good to go for Monday.

Orienteering 1:05:00 [1] 6.0 km (10:50 / km)

Did an orienteering route at the Notch - warmed up about 1km, then did a route that was maybe 4km long? Cooled down about 1km. Was pleased - I think I only messed up at one control (of course, who knows, since it wasn't marked), but seemed to find what I was looking for while I was out there. Maybe I'm getting a bit better?!?

Easy trail run w/ Meghan on Earl's Trails. Felt good...went easy and just enjoyed the run. It was a pretty crappy day, so it was great to share the run with someone.

Easy morning Holyoke/hills run with Abby and Laura. Was glad for the easy pace, but could have pushed it a bit more...and that felt good (to not be the slowest one there). Leg feels ok...will try to make today my first double in a long time.

Easy run w/ Dana (and Janna, and Ed...) - Dana and I started the run by jogging about a mile with her 10 year old daughter - which was so much fun! After dropping her off, we went for our run, and bumped into Ed who was out for his run also...so he joined us. Once Ed was with us, the pace picked up a bit...nothing special, but I could feel I was working just a bit harder. Was great to run with the entire family, but certainly to run with Janna who is so excited about running and racing! :)

Easy run around Northampton w/ Amanda - felt good to run easy, and with someone my pace...the hammie felt a bit twingy...don't know if it's the quick turn around from an afternoon run yesterday to a morning run today.

Circuits (Deck of Cards) 45:00 [3]

Did a deck of cards strength circuit. Really hammered the hamstring - with squats, walking lunges, and wall sits...could feel it hurting before the end, but I made it. Will feel this for a few days.

Easy run/hike with Steph - from my house, we played at Sugarloaf...were careful to hike the uphills, and watch our footing on the downhills...but sure was great to run on the trails. Hammie felt ok.
