Warmed up outside with Laura, then met up with CF folks to do their workout. We warmed up a bit more inside, then Laura and I did our workout - started with 4 x 400 at increasing pace from tempo to full (1:45, 1:37, 1:31, 1:26). We recovered from that for a bit, then did 1 mile all-out - I did 5:52, which I'm happy about (anytime I run sub-6 is great by me!). Then, after recovering from that effort, we did 4 x 200 as striders (I didn't even time them, cause it didn't matter, but it felt like tempo pace). Cooled down a bit afterwards. Great to push the pace to faster...and remember how to switch gears a bit while running!

Ran the Sisters - Notch to Taylor Notch and back with Todd and Brad. We had to hike a few uphills cause it was ice...but in general it was a good beating!
