Running (Trail run) 2:45:00 [1] 16.0 mi (10:19 / mi)

Trail run on Earl's Trails (1:40) with a ton of WMDP ladies! Then, a few of us added on to run over Norwottuck and back. Was great to share the trails with so many ladies!!! Legs feel a bit dead. It was hot and humid, so I was grateful to run in those conditions (acclimatizing).

Running (Tempo - Mountain) 1:15:00 [3] 8.5 mi (8:49 / mi)

Ran tempo with Ashley at Mt. Tom. We warmed up down to Rt. 5, and ran out 2 miles...then did tempo back on Rt. 5, up the access road, and then up B17. Total tempo distance = 3.75mi (with 1100 ft climb), 32:45. I hung with Ashley until B17, then she pranced ahead...but I held strong and was only 15 seconds behind her at the top. Cooled down to Whiting and back to cars.

Yeehaw! Last workout, now it's taper time!!!

Trail run w/ Ashley and Jason around Mt. Tom. Legs felt surprisingly ok even with the climbing.

Orienteering 35:00 [1] 3.0 km (11:40 / km)

Orienteering at Cemetery Hill. Was doing well until control 12, then ran around for a while...but had a great time! Legs are chewed up from prickers.

Easy trail run w/ Molly on the Ridge Road trail. Circled through Eaglebrook. Felt good for the run, except the hills...they always get me when I'm tired!

Trail run with Brian, to Sugarloaf, around mtn bike trails and back. Legs feel sluggish!!!

Worked the legs - squats, Bulgarian squats, wall sits, calf raises, SL roman dead lifts....I think I'm forgetting one. It was a good solid leg set.
