Running (Ultra race) 24:29:00 [3] 103.7 mi (14:10 / mi)

Technically, this should be a Saturday and Sunday entry...altho I don't know where I was when the clock struck midnight. Either way, I ran Massanutten Mountain Trail 100 Miler - and it was awesome! I still struggle with stomach issues, but it was an amazing day, the scenery was incredible, I loved the trails, and I enjoyed the adventure! Ran a 24:29:05, which is a great time for the course, but in a super stacked field was good enough for 4th female.

Did a tough orienteering route at the Chmura Road side of Earl's Trails. I walked the whole way - wanted to save the legs for MMT100. Did a bit of extra distance, since I got a few slightly wrong...but in general did well to follow a bearing (at walking pace).

Run on Earl's Trails w/ Alex...it was hot, so we took it easy and relaxed. Legs feel a ton better than they did on Saturday. Yay for taper!
