Doing cleanse this week. Felt increasingly tired/sluggish throughout the week (even went home sick from work one day). Took Saturday off to rest, since I was so tired. Today, felt freakin' worn out, but managed to do Seven Sisters with the girls. Felt SO slow...

Trail run around Smith Trails with Laura. Perfect afternoon shake-out run. Legs feel a bit tired (especially on uphills) but otherwise ok.

Ran Boston with Karin. We had fun, she kept my pace in check which was smart. Legs never got the fatigue that I feared would happen in the later miles.
