Trail run with Chris and Erik...felt sluggish, but strong on hills. Ran from Cranberry Pond to Wendell SP and back on RFT.

Ran with Caroline on Jones course to Pratt Corner Rd towards Leverett Coop. Felt sluggish, but a-ok with run. Caroline had to walk the last mile after some G.I. issues, so it was cut a bit short...still, good run.
