Warmed up for 25 minutes, then did ladder workout at the indoor track with Mel, Leslie and Caroline. 400 (1:31), 600 (2:16), 800 (3:00), 400 (1:28), 800 (2:58), 600 (2:13), 400 (1:23). 200 recovery between each (except after middle 400, when we did 400 recovery). Cooled down 25 minutes. Felt tired, after a late night at work...so glad to pull this workout off!
