Hiked with 30lb pack from Pinkham Notch to base of Huntington Ravine. Was going to ice climb up, but wasn't good conditions so we hiked back out.

Warmed up for 25 minutes, then did ladder workout at the indoor track with Mel, Leslie and Caroline. 400 (1:31), 600 (2:16), 800 (3:00), 400 (1:28), 800 (2:58), 600 (2:13), 400 (1:23). 200 recovery between each (except after middle 400, when we did 400 recovery). Cooled down 25 minutes. Felt tired, after a late night at work...so glad to pull this workout off!
