Track workout with Laura (and others). Warmed up outside about 4 miles, then did another mile warmup on the track before starting the workout. Did tempo workout - 3 x 2 miles at Laura's goal half marathon pace (my dream half pace?), so we were supposed to do 13:15 - 13:20, then 13:05 - 13:10, then 13:00 - 13:05. Did 13:13, 13:05, 12:58. Recovery was 400 easy between each. Felt good, except that the last half mile or so of the last interval was a bit of a stretch to maintain pace. Cooled down about a mile.
