Spun on the bike for an easy hour...wanted to let the knee have another day of recovery but couldn't sit still!

Trail run with Brian. Happened to get to the Notch at the same time, so we ran to Rattlesnake Knob and back together. Legs felt ok, better than yesterday. Knees felt better than yesterday also.

Did sprint course at UMass. Made a few mistakes along the way, but in general it went well. Had never done an urban sprint course, so that was fun!!!

Ran around Earl's Trails with Erik. Legs are a bit heavy, but not bad. Knees ached a bit which is worrying.

Easy run around the mountain with Sarah. Legs actually felt ok! Knees ached a bit...especially down Hillside.
