Ran with Chris and Molly at the Ridge. Ran to ski slope (adding in new side trail!), then did 6 x 1 minute uphill surges - legs felt like death on the first one, but I was able to go a bit farther on each interval and even felt a bit better for each one. Ran back via ridge to finish run.

Easy run with Abby and Molly - from Abby's house to Whiting, around and back...then had to run to the end of her street cause I was OCD and we were at 5.9. :)

Felt meh at the start, but better after a few miles.

Ran with Caroline, Ruthie, and Jessica - started at Ruthie's house, and warmed up to mile 3 of Jones. Then, did 4 x repeats up the mile 3 hill (about 0.4 miles each repeat). Didn't sprint up, just tried to stay strong and keep good form. Cooled down back to Ruthie's house.

Felt pretty tired!

Easy trail run with Molly, checking out some of the Ridge Road trails. Felt tired at the beginning, but the legs loosened up as we went along.

Running (Hill workout) 1:40:00 [3] 9.7 mi (10:19 / mi)

The dreaded B51 workout with Abby. Legs felt dead, but we did it! Warmed up long way around Whiting, then did 3 x B17 at a strong but maintainable pace (11:57, 11:52, 11:59). Cooled down short way around Whiting. This hurt...but I felt better in the 3rd one than I did in the 1st one.
