Last day to stretch the legs out - ran with Sara. Warmed up 2.3 miles, then did 2 x up/down Sugarloaf - trying to run strong on the way up and relaxed/fast on the way down. Ran 9:58/6:26 and 9:05/6:38 (with a slight dog jumping on us related slow down at one point). Cooled down on the trails another 1.2 miles.
