Lubricated the idler wheels on the Nordic Trak. Then boosted the front of the machine by 3" so that now I'm skiing uphill. And by necessity, increased friction on arm pulls and leg slides in order to keep from sliding backward.
All of which means the Nordic Trak provides a much firmer workout.
