Included in this workout was a new PR for a 4-minute piece; added 5m to my previous PR set last fall, for a total of 904m. Not spectacular. But at this point, any PR is a minor victory. And loosened up the old stiff muscles from the depredations of the week so far! One-minute pacing splits show a very uneven effort:
