Park Ridge 5k. Hillary's home town. A minute faster than last year...a nice change. Took the L and bus out there at 6am; the commuter train back and ran home. Nice package, and home before 10am Saturday morning.

Humidity continues. And pouring sweat. But best row time in months. Walked 18-holes for each of the last four days. Improved results; increasing enjoyment. Tough to stop in this great weather. But I've got to get some stuff done; my office looks like a rat's nest....who says you have to orienteer in the woods to enjoy 'nature?' :-)
