Lubricated the idler wheels on the Nordic Trak. Then boosted the front of the machine by 3" so that now I'm skiing uphill. And by necessity, increased friction on arm pulls and leg slides in order to keep from sliding backward.

All of which means the Nordic Trak provides a much firmer workout.

Beautiful, sunny day. Temps in the 40's by the time I got out around 11am. Enjoyed it so much, I ran an extra mile! Long run for the year so far...5 miles per Google Maps.
