Took it easy today. Preparing for March Madness which starts tomorrow. FIve thousand k's for 25 days in March...125 000m for the month. Should be fun, and not too hard; supposed to be in single-digits this weekend, and precipitation forecast for just about every day for the next two weeks!

'If March comes in like a lion...it will go out like a Lamb' per the Farmer's Almanac. Let's hope so.

Ran a 5k WITHOUT A FALL! But certainly am watching my step after three falls this past week. Charlie's brush with severe wrist fractures after ice skating makes me thankful that none of my falls resulted in any serious damage.

Took another fall yesterday....wearing new shoes, and slipped on stair carpeting. Down on left side, jamming left arm and shoulder again. And a nice cut on left ankle to go with skinned right knee. Walking wounded.
