Feels strange not heading out for a run this AM. But got it all done yesterday, so i'm good for the week. Legs are a bit tired, but otherwise feel remarkably good after yesterday's longer jaunt on pavement. And very good for 5 weeks in to the new training plan.
Feels good to have some structure after 2017 - a year of few races and no goals/plan.
Been messing around with the intensity minutes metric on Garmin Connect. Starting tomorrow I may start logging that here alongside the usual data just for comparison purposes. Mostly to assess efforts for training weeks vs easy recovery weeks.
