Group run, but did the first couple miles and last couple at race effort. First couple I'd rabbit off the front for a bit then turn around and run back to group, trying to keep HR mostly in the 140s. Dialed back to group pace, including regroup pauses during the middle part, then just went off the front for a steady push back to parking.
