4x1000m at Porter Reservoir withe recovery HR dpendent (low 120s). Aiming for 4min/km - 3:59, 4:06, 4:11 & 4:10. I'll take it since the 4min goal was a stretch.
edit: looks like the garmin pegged this at about 900m rather than 1000m. But measuring it in google maps and one other program both seemed to come out at 1000m. Oh well, still a decent run...
