hr rate higher, but mid afternoon run - sunny, 29F, windy. Felt looser, more open stride length.

Road portion of road/trail combo run - sluggish overall. Stride seems short and shuffle-like, returning on dirt road tried short sections of exaggerated longer strides. I think I need to work on this more.

40's, foggy - solo run. pace=barely conversational, hard to get hr up, 117 on sandpit, first 15-20min tough, slow but comfortable after that

20's, sunny - w/ kevin & deb - sampler > moonlight > porter > hemlock - hard struggle whole way - only hit 122 after pushing up sandpit, usually low 100's. Hopefully this is helping
