there are worse things than running around a college campus on a warm sunny day...

still got a touch of the stomach bug though...

muscles a bit achy overnight. Have to work the holiday today, so will probably skip running for today..

Seem to have a bit of Hayden's stomach bug as well

ran up & down hare road to height of land 3 times. Was originally going to drive to Gay City, but wound up just running local roads/trails. Legs quite dead toward end.
