cloudy, cool - re-ran last weeks course

1, 2 - same
3 - trails, R @ split, across narrow marsh then straight - saved almost 5 minutes with cleaner attack
4 - R of marsh, thought would be faster, but a bit slower
6 - over top, save 30s?
7 - same route, but walking hill
8 - went N of marsh this time, better attack, very clean
9 - went straight - flag still in woods
rest used same routes with various micro choice variations

climbed Mt Monadnonck in NH with Jackson & JonnyM. White Dot > Cascade Link > Spellman > Pumpelly. Return via Pumpelly > Red Spot > Cascade Link > White Dot

crandalls loop from ballfields - didn't feel fast, but stronger than yesterday - good on hill - 160's, lively enough for a good finish sprint over hill @168.
