Run - Trail long (Nipmuck) 1:47:47 [3] 15.3 km (7:03 / km) +250m 6:31 / km
shoes: NB 790 {green}

Ran the 2nd half of the course from Perry Hill to the Natchaug Jct (just past ladies room rock) with John, Deb & Tony. They went all the way to Boston Hollow for 14, but I opted not to be dragging on the return and cut it short. Ankle held up fine, though still sore. Had a spell of running out of gas around 60-80 minutes (on paved road section) but then felt good again and ran the last 2.5 miles at a reasonable clip - 47:19 out, 1:00:27 return

Was planning on riding the bike to work today (yesterday was National Bike to Work day but didn't fit my schedule), but my ankle is still bothersome, so I wussed and drove to work - now wishing I had at least tried the bike. Oh well...

ankle still pretty sore - not sure why. Kind of feels like I rolled it, but I didn't and there's no swelling or tenderness. May have to rethink Sunday's 14 miler.

Test riding SWB recumbent. Very nice handling, climbs well, comfy... and about the amount of money I should be able to get for the slipstream

easy trail run from Stone Zoo down toward Boojum and back. Very hot & my water had been sitting in hot car all day

Orienteering race (CSU Sheepfold) 28:39 [4] 3.3 km (8:41 / km) +60m 7:58 / km
shoes: NB 790 {green}

L ankle sore during trail run, so ran very conservatively. Clean for the most part, even in low-vis areas. Nice night to run and great to be on a map again. Fast guys around 22, Ross probably sub-20
