Nice morning run with the Mansfield Trail Runner crew. Easy pace on the first part, picked it up the last couple miles. L knee still a bit ornery, but felt good to run fast. And exactly the mileage I needed for this week's mileage goal - next week all the way up to 18km!! (This 10% a week crap is a drag, but I suppose it beats reinjuring the leg...)
